How long do the juices stay fresh?
Our raw, cold-pressed juices are unpasteurized and contain no preservatives. They typically have a refrigerated shelf life of 3 to 5 days. Please check the 'Enjoy By' date printed on each bottle.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Currently, we offer local delivery within a 20-mile radius of our juicery and nationwide shipping via overnight express to ensure your juices arrive cold and nutrient-dense.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
Due to the perishable nature of our food and juice products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your juices organic and non-GMO?
Yes, Kreation Juicery is committed to using 100% organic, non-GMO produce sourced from local farmers whenever possible to ensure the highest quality and flavor.
How are the juices kept cold during transit?
We ship our products in insulated eco-friendly boxes with non-toxic gel ice packs designed to maintain a controlled temperature for up to 48 hours.
Can I cancel or modify my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel your juice subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
